We love getting Kai Sushi for takeout, the prices are decent for city sushi spots. The spicy tuna roll, tuna and yellowtail nigiri are our go-to's.

I think it's a mainly take out place as we saw many doordashers but we were the only diners. Flaming VIP and yellowtail roll are our favorites! Not the best sushi but definitely one of our go tos! Staff is very kind!
Love this neighborhood sushi spot!! It's a great place to just pop in without a reservation and have fresh sushi. Big fan of the variety of the menu and it is BYOB which is also a bonus. Usually just walk there and grab a bottle of wine across the street at 7/11. Very popular for takeout as well so a good option to try if you're new to the neighborhood! Staff is very nice and will help to recommend menu items, patio is also a great spot to people watch and hang out during the summer!

I'm picky about my sushi and have to say this was really good!!! It seems small but it's a great small neighborhood spot. Would highly recommend their scallop special roll. All the rolls were perfectly cut and everything tasted fresh. The service and staff were fast and friendly. I'd come back!
Just moved into the building and I'm loving this place! Have had the super crunchy roll, ocean roll and cucumber salad, can't wait to try it all!
I love this place! It's super quick and really good. I have ordered it many times and it never tastes too fishy. They also have good mochi balls. They also have cute outdoor seating for nicer weather that is right by the park and you can go for a little walk along the river afterwards. I have friends that take Bumble/Hinge dates here.
It's a pretty good neighborhood sushi spot. Our favorite roll is the Hamachi Special Roll. For the price, the food isn't bad. I think the sashimi was pretty large. And I like that they prepare an orange for you at the end. Service is barebones but it's a small shop and the workers are friendly. The otoro was still a little frosty when we got it but I think they give generous fish slices for their sashimi so the value is there.
